Administration & Finance Leader

 

Area or department: Administration and Finance.

 

The position reports to: CEO.

 

About the position: We seek a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Administration and Finance Manager to oversee our company’s financial and administrative operations. The professional will play a critical role in financial planning and budget management and ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Manage budget planning, allocation, and expenditure monitoring.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations, working with our external accountants in Spain, the United States, and Argentina.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary information for annual audits.
  • Handle payroll processing, including social security and tax submissions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Implement and maintain systems and processes for effective financial management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • La Machi is in a process of organizational growth and international expansion, so we expect initiative in creating, implementing, and improving transversal administrative processes that ensure the necessary structure for success for the new challenges we face.

Experience/skills:

Education:

  • Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.

 

Languages:

  • Spanish.
  • Excellent level of English (exclusive).
  • Italian will be well-valued.

Asistente Ejecutivo de dirección

Objetivo del puesto

En modalidad de part time o full time, se busca una persona para asistir y dar soporte al CEO de la agencia, en temas de nuevos negocios, captación y gestión del talento, optimización de procesos, y comunicación interna y externa. 

 

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Optimización y mantenimiento de procesos.
  • Soporte en tareas comerciales.
  • Soporte en algunas cuestiones relacionadas con reclutamiento y desarrollo profesional del equipo.
  • Elaboración de presentaciones, informes, reportes, y propuestas.
  • Soporte de agenda (viajes, reuniones, eventos).
  • Gestión y control de documentación.
  • Soporte en presentación de documentación legal, certificaciones, presentaciones ante la administración, etc.
  • Soporte puntual en tareas administrativas. 

 

Perfil del puesto

Experiencia/habilidades:

  • Excelente manejo de las herramientas de Google Spreadsheets, GDocs, Gslides.

About the position: Part-time or full-time, to assist and support the Head of Administration and Finance in managing and analyzing the company’s administrative and accounting tasks, guaranteeing its quality. Consolidating processes and preparing for the company’s growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • General administrative transactions, procedures, and paperwork.
  • Administrative assistance.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Support the team in administrative documentation, such as filing, organizing, saving, and reviewing company documents.
  • Collaborate with Head of Finance & Administration on different tasks. We aim for people that can rolled up their sleeves and get things done!
  • Office Management at our Buenos Aires office.

Área o departamento: La Machi Cuentas

 

Objetivo del puesto: Asistencia y soporte en el área de cuentas, en tareas de community management y social media, social media metrics, diseño, clipping, soporte en campañas creativas y otras tareas varias de asistente de cuentas. La posición trabajará con proyectos a nivel global. 

 

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Dar soporte al equipo en investigación de nuevas tendencias, benchmarking, estrategias de social media.
  • Implementación de protocolos para las redes sociales.
  • Soporte en tareas de diseño para piezas para redes sociales.
  • Programación de publicaciones. 
  • Llevar a cabo reportes y análisis de los resultados de redes sociales, web, y campañas de emailings. Clipping y análisis de campañas de prensa.
  • Soporte en búsqueda y optimización de imágenes, alta, baja y modificación de contenidos web. 
  • Ejecución de campañas SEO.

Perfil del candidato

Experiencia/habilidades:

  • Estudiante de grado o postgrado de publicidad, comunicación, marketing digital, periodismo o equivalente en educación o experiencia.

  • Ser responsable y organizado/a.
  • Poseer capacidad analítica.
  • Aportar calidad al trabajo en todo momento.
  • Trabajar en equipo.
  • Buena redacción.

Escolaridad:
